Terms & Conditions
Terms of Use
Last updated September 9, 2026. By using kwcreations247.com or placing an order with KW CREATIONS 24/7, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing, spelling, color, and customization information. Prices, products, availability, and processing times may change without notice. Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout. Orders may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, or a request violates law or another party’s rights. Colors and placement may vary slightly between the screen preview and finished product because of device displays, materials, garment sizes, and the handmade production process.
Custom Orders, Shipping & Returns
Custom and personalized items are made from the information approved or supplied by the customer and are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in unused, unworn, original condition with proof of purchase. Contact us before returning an item. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. KW CREATIONS 24/7 assists with carrier claims but does not guarantee packages after the carrier marks them delivered. See the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details.
