DELIVERY ISSUES AND CARRIER CLAIMS

KW CREATIONS 24/7 assists with carrier claims but does not guarantee packages after the carrier marks them delivered. If a delivered package is missing, check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then contact us for help with a claim.

 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. See our Refund Policy for return and resolution details.
